Quick and healthy breakfast

INGREDIENTS

Two Slices of Bread
One Avocado
Six Cherry Tomatoes
One Egg
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Olive Oil

METHOD

  1. Spread butter to both side of the bread, and toast it until golden brown with low - medium heat or use bread toaster.
  2. Meanwhile, mashed avocado and season it with salt and pepper. Cut cherry tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Fry egg with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread mashed avocado to the toasted bread, put cherry tomatoes and fried egg. Enjoy!
