How Slimpod Living works
Slimpod Living guides you through a simple cycle of the four core areas that create lifelong change. Each month you focus on just one theme — small, do-able steps that build real momentum.

Here’s where things stabilise. You embed routines, strengthen your anchors, and learn to stop a wobble and move on from a plateau.

This is where you rebuild belief in yourself. You’ll quiet your inner critic, bounce back faster, and feel more capable in every area of life.

Healthy habits start feeling natural. You’ll clear out what no longer serves you, reinforce what does, and let your identity shift into “this is just who I am now.”

How our community works
This new community space goes much deeper than Gold. While The Gold community provides a strong foundation, this new experience is designed for deeper exploration and transformation.
We’ll be working together as a community to focus on a specific topic, diving into it more thoroughly than ever before. New, exciting challenges have been created to encourage group participation, connection, and mutual support — no matter what stage of the journey someone is at.
How to listen to the Living pod with every other
You can add your new pod to your playlist in your pod player whenever you’re ready to. You can listen to it every night, alongside your Slimpod if you would like to. Some people like to alternate their playlist, perhaps listening to their Slimpod and the Keep the Weight Loss Going one night, and their Slimpod and Sugarpod the next. Others prefer to listen to their Slimpod, Chillpod and Keep the Weight Loss Going every night. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. What matters most is consistency.
Tips to best transition
The best way to start is by refreshing your goals — and that’s exactly where your 90-Day Vision comes in.
At this stage in your Slimpod journey, many people fall into one of two camps:

This programme is a chance to reconnect with what really matters to you and create a vision that motivates and excites you. Take a few moments to reflect, reset, and be intentional. The clearer your direction, the easier it is to stay consistent and enjoy the process.
