- Join the Extra Facebook group
- A large part of Slimpod Extra will be happening in a private Facebook group. I know some people haven’t got a Facebook account, but to get the most out of my programme it’s important to open a Facebook account.
- This can be done without using your real name if necessary, although the group is strictly private and won’t be seen by anyone other than fellow Extra members.
- If you use a “false” name for Facebook, you’ll need to email [email protected] to tell us the name so we can recognise you and accept you in.
