Because so many of our emails contain words to do with weight loss, some email inboxes think they are spam and divert them to a Spambox, where they can sit un-noticed. All our emails to you have important content you need to read.

How to cancel your subscription
In the unlikely event you want to cancel, log in here www.ThinkingSlimmer.com/my-account
On the My Account page, scroll down and hit the My Subscriptions button.
Then click the Cancel button next to your order. Your order has been cancelled when you have pressed the Confirm Cancellation button.

How does the Slimpod Free trial work?
Our 10 day free gives you full access to our Slimpod and Chillpod, as well as two levels of coaching videos, and our team’s support.
We’ll send you two emails towards the end of your free trial notifying you that your free trial is coming to an end so you won’t be charged without your knowledge.
Our free trial is then followed by our 30 day money back guarantee, so if you’re not yet sure if Slimpod is right for you, you can use the Slimpod programme for a further 30 days risk free.
We make it easy to cancel, either from within your account or by contacting our friendly team.

How to find your pods
In the 10-day free trial, you will have access to the Slimpod for Weight Loss and the Chillpod. The repetition of the Slimpod for Weight Loss is highly important and you should listen to it every day throughout the 12 weeks and beyond.
You can find your pods by going to the Pod Player in your menu in the top right corner of slimpodmembers.com.
If it’s your first time using your pod player, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the player and click on Slimpod and Chillpod. Here you will see your Slimpod and Chillpod that you can either play, or add to playlist.
2 more pods will unlock later in the programme, in week 7.
How to set up your playlist
1. Click on Pod Player in the menu in the top right corner
2. Scroll down your pod player and click on Slimpod and Chillpod at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the Add to Playlist button below the pod(s) you’d like to add to your playlist.
When you scroll back up the page, you’ll see your Pod Player and My Playlist. Simply click the play button to start your pods.
You can remove pods from your playlist at any time in “My Playlist.”
How to use the loop and randomise controls on your playlist the Pod Player?
‘My Playlist’ allows you to loop the pods in your whole playlist and/or randomise the order in which the pods play. You can control this using the icons on your Pod Player.
Red means that the loop/randomise functionality is on, and grey means that it is off.
Loop the entire playlist for continuous play
How to find your coaching videos
The programme is split into 12 levels, which unlock weekly as you progress through the programme. You can find the videos by going to Coaching Videos in the menu in the top right corner of slimpodmembers.com. On this page, you can scroll through the 12 weeks of coaching videos and see a taste of what’s ahead.
Your videos will unlock on the day of the week that you signed up.
You can mark these as complete as you progress through them. To do so, click on the mark complete button.
Marking your videos as completed updates the progress bars and enables you to be taken to your next coaching video by pressing Resume Coaching Videos in your dashboard.
What are streaks?
Streaks are a record of how many consecutive days that you listen to your pods.
They record if you listen between 00:00 to 11:59 and it should automatically record each day.
If you notice it hasn’t increased, you can manually add one streak each day. If you miss a day do not worry, the streaks won’t reset to 0, but they will not count up on the day you miss.
Your Longest Streak refers to the greatest number of days you have listened to the pods consecutively, as an all-time tally.
I'm being asked to log in every day, is that right?
We don’t require you to log into your slimpodmembers.com user every day so it is most likely that there is an error occurring in the icon saved to your Home Screen.
To fix this, you will need to delete the icon currently saved to your Home Screen. On most devices, you will need to hold down on the icon until a cross appears in the top corner, or drag it up to the top corner of your screen where “remove” appears.
Then clear your browser history in the browser that you were using to access slimpodmembers.com. You will need to then search for slimpodmembers.com – please note, your device may not auto-fill your password so you will need your password saved before you clear your browser history.
You will get the pop up to save the icon to your Home Screen so click on that and follow the instructions will appear on screen.
You will then remain logged in to your user in slimpodmembers.com for between a fortnight to a month.
How often should I listen to the Slimpod when I begin?
You only need to listen once per day but you can listen as many times in a day that you’d like to. The key is to be consistent with listening, so aiming for once per day, each day, can be most sustainable. We’ve got no evidence that listening more than once per day is beneficial, but some Slimpodders do find it helpful to listen multiple times each day, if it works with their schedule.

How do I know what I should be eating?
Slimpod is designed to help you to trust yourself and your choices so you reach a point where you feel in control again. We want you to feel liberated from counting calories or inputting your meals into an app. However, we do know this doesn’t happen overnight so we provide healthy eating suggestions in our Healthy Recipes section because this can be such a confusing subject. These are just ideas and inspiration and not an eating plan to follow.
How can I stop binge eating in the evenings?
The pods work with your subconscious to unravel the relationship with food you have when you join us, and this includes binge eating. The Chillpod can be particularly useful as feeling stressed or overwhelmed can often trigger these behaviours.
Please be patient with yourself – many people have had life-long struggles with food and dieting and these can take time to unravel.
If you’re still struggling with binge eating, you can access resources like BEAT for information.
We know that many Slimpodders have followed lots of eating plans in the past, so know what way of eating suits them best.
There’s a video called Why There’s No Food Plan in Level 2 which will explain this in more detail.
Essentially, the pods help you make healthier choices naturally and show you that you can trust your body’s signals to let you know when you’re hungry and full.
What to do I do if I miss a day?
Our experience of this is that missing the odd day isn’t the end of the world, it’s going to happen to us all at some stage. Just aim to listen consecutively if you can. Simply carry on from where you left off and continue to complete your daily wins.
Can I listen to Slimpod AND Chillpod?
Definitely! The Chillpod is fantastic for helping you to relax and although you don’t need to listen to it every day, you can. If you struggle to wind down and relax, listening to the Chillpod before the Slimpod can help you get the most out of your pods. Or, you can listen to the Chillpod during the day if you need some help to remain calm and in control.
How soon will I start seeing results?
Everybody is different in the way they respond to Slimpod, so the degree of difference and the rate of change will vary from person to person. Some people begin to notice a change after the first time of listening, others take a bit longer. What is usual is that the more consistently they listen, the greater the effect. Will my body just simply stop losing weight when it thinks it's done? Do we all have a finishing point?
Yes is the simple answer. The language that’s used within the Slimpods is all about ‘healthy weight loss’ for each individual so your body will come to a natural healthy weight for your frame. That’s what the body is designed to do.
What Do I Do If My Weight Loss Stalls?
Your weight loss is great news and that amount of weight in that period of time is a really healthy way to make lasting change. We do all have plateaux and it might take a short time for your mind and body to catch up and get in sync again. Just keep listening and trust your Slimpod.
How Often Should I listen Once I Reach My Ideal Weight?
We recommend listening about once every 4-5 days, but really listen in response to how you’re feeling and behaving. If you notice yourself returning to old habits then increase the listening. But often, by the time you’re at your ideal weight the change is permanent. Let’s say that again, the change is permanent.
