The foundation is built on three key actions: listening to specific “pods” (audio recordings), watching short motivational videos, and tracking your progress in a success journal. 

Slimpod’s phased approach is structured to ensure gradual transformation, with additional pods and resources unlocked as you progress. The primary recordings, like the Slimpod for weight loss, work on your subconscious mind through repetition, nudging you towards healthier food choices effortlessly. There’s no need to actively concentrate—just relax and let the process happen. 

Support is a key element, with access to video coaching, daily emails, and a vibrant Facebook community where members inspire each other. Slimpod’s holistic approach makes it easier to build lasting habits without the stress or obsession of traditional dieting.

It’s all about letting go of the mindset that weight loss has to be difficult.

You’ll begin with a 10-day trial that gives you everything you need to set yourself up for success. You’ll find a quick start guide here, and there are just three simple steps to follow:

  1. Listen to your pods regularly.
  2. Watch the videos.
  3. Record your three daily wins.

There are four core pods in the full 12-week programme, but you’ll start with just two during the trial: the Slimpod and the Chillpod. Listen to the Slimpod every night before bed—it’s only nine minutes long—and use the Chillpod whenever you need to de-stress or calm anxiety, as that’s vital for weight loss too.

The Sugarpod and Fitpod will unlock later in the programme at weeks 5 and 9, respectively. Right now, focus on building the habit of listening to the Slimpod each day.

I’m also here for you with video coaching throughout the programme, designed to inspire and keep you on track. You’ll receive motivational emails and tips to support you every step of the way. Everything is paced to be manageable—there are three phases, with each one diving deeper into the mindset shifts needed for lasting change. 

As for the pods themselves, they work by gently rewiring your subconscious. You might not consciously understand all the words, but don’t worry—they’re designed to work on your subconscious, so you can just relax and let them do the work.
