Some people feel excited by this new freedom, while others might be a bit anxious—worried that without rules, they’ll lose control. It’s completely normal to feel this way! If you’re used to calorie counting and need that structure at first, keep doing it until you feel more confident. Over time, find yourself trusting your choices more and letting go of those old habits.
2. Let the pods work on your subconscious.
The pods are specially designed to work on a subconscious level, so you don’t need to actively listen to every word. They might sound a bit strange to your conscious mind, but that’s exactly how they’re meant to be! The key is to relax and let the words wash over you. I recommend listening at night, but anytime that fits into your routine is fine. Just be aware that you’ll probably drift off to sleep while listening, which is perfectly okay! But please, don’t listen while operating heavy machinery like driving—you definitely don’t want to be nodding off behind the wheel.
